Hello,
Recently, Me and my brother did a transmission swap, got another AXOD, installed a shift kit, new clutches, etc.
We finally got it in just 2 days ago and were able to test it on our lift tonight, on the lift, the transmission apparently worked fine on the lift, shifted all 3 gears (speedometer went up to 105 MPH & 3250 RPM @ 95 MPH or so), this was with the transmission in drive of course.
Once the car was put on the ground however, it had no power in drive, or 1st, however it moves in 2nd, reverse doesn’t work either, the transmission goes into gear and the car will budge in the direction its supposed to go, but the engine rev's up and it doesnt move.
My brother apparently thinks it’s the EPC's, hence why it works on the lift, but not on the ground. Everything sounded great until we lowered the car onto the ground.
He asked me to ask here to try and get a second opinion.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!
Edit: This is a 1993 SHO
