I jst bought my SHO so I decided to do a tune-up. I pulled the plugs out...obviously the spark seal are bad...drenched with oil...I cleaned them out and put some new plugs in anyway....The car is alive now!!! It is like a totally different car...it is so much faster.

Replace those seals soon though, or else you're just going to ruin your wires...

What all should I replace? Would I need the intake manifold gaskets, and the valve cover gaskets? Where do I buy them? What should I be paying for them?

You are going to need new plug well seals, the valve cover gaskets come in a kit with the plug well seals, you should replace the intake manifold gaskets also. And you might as well replace your spark plug wires, if you haven't already.
Fel-pro makes the plug well seal/valve cover gasket set, whick you can buy at autozone.com . I think the price for that is about 72 bucks. The intake gaskets can be found at ford parts network . Not sure how much they are, but I think they are between 10 and 15 bucks. You can probably buy the wires off that site also.

Are the wires cracked?? If your car starts running rough check them out. They can cause some serious .

nope...it runs very smoothly...it did before, that's why i was so surprised at the difference the plugs made. The wires look like they're in great shape too. I cleaned out the wells, and I imagine oil only seeps into them and not out, so hopefully they just seep a bit and it took a long time to fill them...I should fix it in the future however.

I checked..the wells are still dry, so hopefully they don't full up fast.
