So my last clockspring burnt up (literally) and I figured out that annoying flashing was actually a code. It's a 5-1 and I have a new clockspring in the car. However it is one letter off in the part # even though it came from another 94 SHO. Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting? Also my cruise isn't working, but it didn't work before the last clockspring died...

sounds like when the clockspring burnt up it took out the thermal fuse in the airbag controller. I'd go ahead and replace that also.
