AC Evaporator and Heater Core / and Blend Door...then the rest

So, i will be tackling a Dashboard swap in the near future and i just wanted some input on Evap Cores and heater cores, thoughts on different brands. I need the whole AC system. At the moment, i was just going to replace the Evap and Heater Core and blend door because i am already behind the dash, and later on, install the complete AC system. I am trying to come up with a complete list as well, i have no parts. Only thing the car has is a evaporator in unknown condition. It was open to the elements, so probably unwise to reuse it.

Anyone have a diagram with all the parts needed?

Autozone has the following; Are these recommended? Anyone use them? Any suggestions?

You want to/need to convert to r134a refrigerant, which means replacing all the o-rings with green compatible ones, and replacing the accumulator/dryer. The rest of the tubing and components should at least be back-flushed with dry air or nitrogen. The evaporator and condenser aren't suspect for replacement unless they've been open to dirt and such, or suffered a compressor failure.

I'd try to get the most parts you can used. Blend door and many other parts can come out of any Taurus. Once again, seeing who on the forum is parting a car and might have pulled the dash, as this is crazy labor even in a wrecking yard, and crazy shipping fees to box it all up.

The connectors need a special spring-clip removal tool, you can get a 6-pack of plastic ones pretty cheap.

The Ford part numbers for 89-95 evaporators are E9DZ19860A, F3DZ19860A. This gets you two available on RockAuto: Four Seasons 54534, and SPECTRA PREMIUM 1054534, (which doens't come up by car model).
