I have a strange problem with my ABS. Some days the light will go on and sometimes it will go off. It's pretty inconsistent. Is there a way to diagnose the ABS code myself?

Alright I pulled the codes:

35 (LH Front Sensor)
36 (RH Front Sensor)
38 (LH Rear Sensor)
75 (LH Front Sensor)

Interesting to say the least. I would figure the next step is to reset the ABS codes (if I can) and see if anything new comes up.

more rubber, more HP.....
Ouch..

Unfortunately the codes do not reset until you have corrected the problem(s) and driven the car over 25mph.

I had a similar problem, intermittent flashing ABS light.. after the car sat in storage for a few months. Got a bunch of confusing codes that made absolutely no sense at all. I cleaned off the grounding leads to the ABS unit as well as the 32(?)pins on the ABS computer connector and that seemed to take care of it. Might be worth a shot.

Sounds like a connector problem or grounds as shomesomesho said
