I went to turn on my a/c today to see if it would work and the compressor wont kick on at all...any ideas? Also are there any guides about replacing the control panel for the a/c and heat? I found a better one that i want to put in there becuse the one i have has all the buttons busted on it.

For the AC problem, I'm guessing the compressor is junk. There is a possibility that the AC clutch stopped working as well. As for the EATC face, it is possible to swap faces with a newer one if you have some electrical know-how. Otherwise, go to a boneyard and find an EATC from a '95 SHO, as these units had buttons that were not complete pieces of shit like the old ones most of us have in our cars. rant

Well i found another SHO exactly like mine in a junk yard that has all the parts that i need as well as half an engine and a transmission in it...and almost all the interior parts are in good condition...so is it really hard to replace the EATC?

You're guessing that a multi-hundred dollar rare fail part is junk??!! Check the pressure in your AC system. Chances are you have a leak and lost all of the refrigerant. Compressor failures are quite rare.

He stated the compressor doesn't even kick on. My AC compressor still turns on, while I have no refrigerant in my car. shrug
