I am planning on rebuilding the tranny on my 99 SHO and would like to install heavy duty parts and a transgo shift kit. Does anyone know where i can get these parts from? I am having trouble finding the right rebuild kit for my car and it also seems that there ar a few different shift kits out there. I also heard something about drilling holes in some plate for the transgo kit...? Any advice/pictures/links/exploded diagrams would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

My 97 was rebuilt with the Trans-Go kit, at this time I also added a B&M transmission cooler. Holes were drilled like you said for the kit.

The difference between my 97 and 98 is like night and day! :hail:

talk to 95SHO32 as he is doing a tranny right now for another forum member. I know he's rebuilding it with all the bells and whistles. Actually I helped him throw it on the workbench last night so he can get started tomorrow, hmm I think I need to learn how to rebuild these myself.
