Does any one know the exact part number for a full shaft and where to find them? ie what part store actually carries the AWD Front Passenger Full CV Shaft?. Mine is not a two piece And all I can find is FWD style CV Axles. Which with PTU for AWD has a much longer machined shaft input section and hanger roller bearing mount .

There isn't a single part number. It's two pieces like you said. Therefore two part numbers

When I did my CVs I could not find the single one-piece axle so I had to order the two pieces. Unfortunately I did not notice the difference until the front end was already apart.

I just replaced my passenger outer axle, part TX833 Motorcraft on Amazon (a really good price), for a 2017 Taurus AWD 3.5EB (SHO, Interceptor use the same axle). The inner axle should not need changing unless the hanger bearing is bad.

That's the issue... The OP and I both had single-piece (full-length) CV axles. Where your inner and outer meet and can be replaced independently, ours has a ~3 ft axle.

I swapped mine to the inner/outer version December 2022 and never looked back.
