I'm pretty happy with how these turned out. Now I see why you guys black out everything. It's getting easier each time and it's practically free.

I waxed the outters the day after I did them. I very gently waxed the inners about 45 mins after the last coat tonight.

I don't think I'll do the middle strip. I like how the black and chrome contrasts.

But how hard is it to remove the window trim?

It is a complete pain in the ass. If you aren't super careful you can crease the metal pieces, and when you remove them they bend and never fit proper again. Best case, remove the old trim pieces, buy all new pieces, scuff them, black those out, and then re-install the new pieces.

That looks pretty good now you need to finish taking off the rest of the Chrome on the trunk then go on eBay get a new Ford badge black and red you could probably even blackout the Taurus & SHO badges that would really stand out too. But that's me I like the attention to show off the car every week i have at least 2 people taking pictures of my car at the gas station or the grocery store, it's cuz 80% of the United States population never seen or heard of an SHO
