I'm going to check the cruise control tomorrow. ABS does not engage at all I have already tried to get it to engage. I already checked the circuit to the ABS indicator and that checked out fine.

If power is good, it is indeed the module

The G3 ABS modules are made by Bosch (sorry about our luck). I had to replace one on our 99, and know countless others who have had to replace them for various problems.

Any 96 - 99 SHO ABS module will work, find a car in a boneyard near you that isn't totally smashed in the front. Good news is that I promise the motor will have been removed *** osld so if it is a U-Pull it place you can climb underhood and sit down next to the ABS module and pull it. You will need a ratcheting Torx setup to pull just the computer, or you can pull the pump and computer, they probably wouldn't' charge much more.

The car stops perfectly but I have no ABS. I normally wouldn't care but in Mass if your car is equiped with ABS and it doesn't work they give you a rejection sticker. I suppose I'll have to pay yet again and have it scanned.
No they don't. They just want to reject you to clean out your wallet. Working brakes and parking brake are the only things that are required to pass. ABS is not part of the inspection.

Go somewhere else for your sticker.

I sold the car before I had the chance to get it inspected but the new owner didn't have a problem getting a sticker. I was planning on selling it and I wanted everything working right before I sold it. I guess the car was running good up until last week when it sufffered from cam failure.
