prepared = pretty much anything except FI (including gutted interior), as Fred says.

yeah, there's even a new prepared class (X-prepared) that allows forced induction. but pretty much prepared is for way prepped road race cars.

Ooooo, I didn't see that when i was reading through this year's regs. I'm guessing that last year, those cars would have been in modified?
