After 5 years, finally had an MSD coil just die on me. Rarely drive the SHO anymore but took it over to visit a friend in town and drove nice as usual. Went to go somewhere with him and as soon as I started it there was a dead miss. Dtc came on after a little while to tell me what cylinder. Swapped coils over and it followed. Replaced it with oem and purrs like a kitten again. Probably why this week I noticed it smelled more rich than normal. I plan on fully replacing them back to oem coils once it’s warmer out. Everyone told me the msd coils are junk but 5 years and 1 finally failed. I’ll just use them as spares then.

Look I had Accel who I believe is owned by the same conglomerate. Mileage varies as always. I can't say for sure my Accel was definately causing me issues, however my tuner said swap back and well I bought new OEM. They work fine. Glad it was easy Yay

Finally broke M out of her slumber. Weather is warming up and we had a couple good rains to wash (most) of the salt off the streets. First time in my life I’ve driven a winter beater and parked the daily. Felt like a brand new car. And the power after driving a 300 inline 6 f150 for several months was outstanding!

I love that stance - that 4x4 stock Ford look is well just horrible. Thanks Z - @SM105K kept a beauty.

I'm sure it's been covered, but what was used to black out the trim?

All posted in my signature I am pretty sure. Currently on my phone.
Velox 20x8.5" wheels VT57 Satin Titanium
Actually got on computer @yaycandy and well they are still sold, however exclusively to Costco members now, my link is to the parent company site, it USED to go to the model I owned. So I got the much reduced price from I believe they listed for $600 MSRP - they are still there, however I cant cross reference these on their site with the same offered here at Costco. Since our cars are so heavy - I went forged vs cast. 20x8.5 +40 offset / 5-114.3 / 25lbs each / construction A6061-T6 10,000 Ton Forged

UPDATE: I found them listed here https://www.discounttire.com/buy-wheels/6061-v-forged-vf57

Get ready to gurd your *l_o_i_n_s* and wallet, find a Costco. These rims put an extra 1/2" of tire on the road.

I know I know… I do plan to soon. The E85 here is still pretty trashy anyway from winter. Last I heard the station I’d use is testing at like 53%.

If it tests E53 it is easier to mix. 2 parts 93 to 1 part E53....... DO IT!!!!

E30 is a whole world of difference. The feel of the idle, the sound of larger exhaust pulses, the torque band, the smell. Cant wait to load my e30 tune back in. Car sounds like a honda on 93 tune.

Making me real jealous Canada doesn't carry ethanol (of any mix) at the pumps lol

no speedways that sell e85 near you? Not sure where exactly you are in NWI, but the speedway off of 49 by the toll road has been steady at 80-83% all winter. I expected a drop, but it never did. Matter of fact, speedway has been consistently in that range pretty much everywhere I’ve checked.

My livewire took a shit, so I’m year round e30 until I get a new one (once I add more mods that will require tuning adjustments). I’ve done a couple road trips thanks to an app I found that shows every gas station in the country with e85, and will navigate you to them like any maps app. Every speedway I’ve gone to, including other states, has always tested 80%+.
