*So Ive noticed while cruising the car around here lately it seems that the AC has a mind of its own and turns on and off by itself. I have a 170 Tstat, and have noticed that it sometimes when it kicks on the car it running pretty cool... its kind of weird.

*The other issue is its happened twice in the last week during Very Spirited Driving itll go and when its time to shift it seems like it Pops out of Gear and free revs, has anybody else had this happen to them?

During hard acceleration and in the middle of a shift, there’s a slight delay and during that delay it over revs, freely? Mine started doing that in 2019 after every single new tune revision. It always went away after driving the car for a little while longer. It would do it again whenever I flashed it again. I think it’s an electrical “gremlin” thing not an actual mechanical problem.

Not sure you’re experiencing the same thing. Check your transmission fluid level, make sure to over fill it by a half a quart. That’ll help, if you haven’t already done that.

Not sure exactly what you mean by the AC but if my AC is on and I’m idling I’ll feel the car cycle on and off. Never gave it much thought.

802 this isn't a delay its fully coming out of gear and free revving i'll slap it into drive from sport and it'll catch a gear then i can drive again.

and the the AC thing is weird i can have the climate system off and the car will turn the AC on and run it for a couple minutes then it'll turn itself back off. It acts like its doing it to maybe warm the engine or something. I was just curious, i live in new mexico so it's not like its especially cold or anything.

That’s weird. Do you mostly drive it in sport? Maybe try drive only and see if it still continues.
Idk what the car is doing with the AC on and off by itself. It shouldn’t ever do that without you manually turning it on.

AC -- Is your battery new? I have had odd issues, including AC not working, when my battery was about to die. These things eat batteries.
TRANSMISSION -- Do you have a tune? This sounds like one of the issues with the LMS V11 tune. V20 has not displayed this problem... yet. If you do have a tune, can you return to stock and experience this same symptoms?
