Where is the cam coolant line located

Okay I'm trying to find the cam coolant but where do I look to find it and how hard will it be to replace I'm not a master mechanic but I can work on cars anybody have a video or something I could watch to see how it's done

It's a coolant line that cools down your cam far as I understand it go's from where the water pump is to under ur block where your cams are

I don't know what cam coolant is.
What year SHO do u have mine is a 97 3.4 far as I know the cam is connected to the water pump that runs down to the cams to keep ur cams cool

Someone is messing with you.

Only thing that cools the cams is the engine oil.

Intake cam on front head is driven by a belt from the water pump. That is as close to coolant as your cams should get.

Okay I'm just saying what the shop said I took it for a state inspection they put the pressure test on and as they did it it blew the hoses and the water just came out I've never heard of it myself but at the same time I've never heard of an oil pan coolant and to what I was told the SHO has that to this style of engine is new to me as for say the water pump is on the driver side I'm lost to be truthful lol

Would u have an idea where the leak could be coming from I've checked a lot of the hoses and I changed the water pump any ideas

There are a bunch of hoses all around the water pump. Easier to view them if you take out the battery and battery box.

The oil cooler is located on the front of the engine between the radiator and engine.
Easiest to look at from under the car.
There are 2 hoses down there that are common failures. They are short and a pain to put on. There is also coolant lines running into and out of the throttle body but they usually don't leak.
