Thanks, I need to discuss a few of the different options with you in the next week or so. When buying the tuner (is it an SCT...which I have for my Mustang?) How many different tunes do you normally include? I am thinking I would probably want it to hold a 93, 87 (just in case I ever can't find premium for some reason) and then my stock for when I take it to the dealership for any reason... Not sure if I should do a valet tune or anything. I never allow my cars to go to valet so that may be pointless.
We do not use SCT software. We actually engineered our own tuning software and hardware. The reason for that is we did not want to have to ask a second party for permission to access a table or wait for them to support a platform. If there is a table or part of the logic (within reason) that we want to access we do it! We support and have access to more in the late model, especially Ford, than ANYONE out there! Check out what we've been able to accomplish with our proprietary technology:
In 2009, before anyone had software, we were tuning the SHO and MKS.
In 2011, we were tuning the F-150 Eco before other companies could even flash it. We were the first again
In 2012, we were tuning the 2013 SHO while other software wasn't out for 6-8 months later
In 2012, we were tuning the Explorer Sport, almost a full year and a half before anyone else.
