hello.its been a while since posting.i have been with no troubles on my 1995 3.2 automatic.up until now.i have been getting the dreaded oil leaking on to the exhaust and smoking up a storm when i drive the car for a bit.it will get hot here in las vegas and it might have more leakage as the engine will get hotter in the summer coming up.it smokes from the passenger tire area, from under the hood and the front grill when it heats up.the back cam sensor seal i replaced and there is no leakage underneath it.now i need to know from the experts opinion on where this oil is coming from.i see the oil that drips down.the pictures speak for themselves.any info would be appreciated.

Pull the Cam Sensor off and see if its covered in oil. If that isnt the spot then you will need valve cover gaskets. Run your hand along the back side of the rear head to see if its leaking.

the area you have wet is the typical spot for oil to appear when the cam seals need changed.

while you are at it, you should likely do the full 60k so that you have it all cleaned up for a while.

I recently had this issue and it turned out to be the crank seal. Changed the cam seals at the same time.

Sorry, when i lived in Vegas i was the only SHO person i knew of.

How long you lived there? I lived off Paradise directly behind the Wynn Corporate Offices. If you've been there for a while you might have saw me on the Chopper Show. LOL

no sho mechanics

I have been in vegas 20 years .I have owned my 95 3.2 ten years.everytime I took my car somewhere thinking someone might know how to work on it , they had absolutely no knowledge of how to work on it.i had to learn myself by this forum and reading how to work on mine.i dont have the time to dig into this job of the crank seals.the last one I did was the cam sensor seal and it worked out.but this job seems too much for me now.hoping someone in vegas can help.thanks again
