Getting to putting my Zex dry shot in with 100 pills but I am not using a 155l fuel pump, I'm just putting pluggs and 3.2 injectors in. Do you think I'm asking for trouble? Fuel pump, filter is fresh.

with that big a shot, i'd definitely move up to at least a 155lph pump. it's cheaper than a stocker anyway.

No. the 3.2 injectors are fine without a tune. They made my 92 run soo much smoother.

I really don't see the point of swaping them.
I would get a new 155 for sure though.

one 3.0 injector was sticky so while I had the intake off.......

I do remember years back some people running sc injectors as they are 30's if i remember ? but required a tune and milling the fuel rails out a bit ( would have to search to find size ) . does anyone remember of hand ? I have a zex kit , 2 sets of sc injectors and multiple fuel rails in my garage...

to run larger than stock injectors the fuel rails have to be bored out...

A 155 LPH Pump will be more then enough to to handle a 100 shot with 3.2 Injectors.

Just for shitz I went out and fiddled with some of my SHO/mustang/ford junk..
done much more carefully seems to me you can run 30's without boring the fuel rails. I put them in a rail and it fit nearly as snug as a stocker. Im going to pick up some different o rings at work and test fit them and check for leaks.
I mangled them because i just wanted to get a idea of fitment i have alot of spares. with more careful modification I think they might work.
btw they just look like they get smaller because of the angle.

This is what I would do:
autolite copper plugs #3923 (1 heat range colder)
155lph fuel pump
Start with smaller jets, not the 100 SHOt!!!
I would also recomend pulling some timing out if you venture above a 75 shot.
Run Premium fuel.
FYI:
3.0 injectors are pink, and flow 23.7 lbs
3.2 injectors are purple, and flow 24.4 lbs

Starting with a 75 shot, autolites, stocker (new) FP, and 3.2 injectors. I'll let you know how it works out!

remember if using SC or other Ford injectors you must swap pintle caps for the stock SHO ones and use a spacer between the injector and rail.
yeah i have the zex dry kit with just a 50 shot.... it is the best thing i have ever done to my sho.... i love it... i have stock everything except for the fuel pump which is a dynomax 255.... best investment i ever made... i also run ngk plugs.... i ran autolite before and they always gave me problems

Woooo HOoooooOO!!! Just ot back from the 1/8 track, my reaction time sucks and the best I could pull was a 9.6 @@76. Ran like a champ though. Thanks for all your help again guys!
