I dunno, maybe because folks like me would probably buy a new STI or 330i 6-speed before a new SHO?

It's sad to to see the Gen 3/4 SHO owners at Convention. With the atrophied muscles in their left legs, all they can do is walk in counterclockwise circles!! ;)

you'd consider a 330i?

I used to have a WRX

unfortunately the new design does nothing for me

I couldn't find any STI's or WRX's locally from 07 or older without being abused (seriously who puts a trailer hitch on an STI?) or driving 4 hours to get one.

as for the one un molested 07 STI that I did find locally... I pulled into the dealership and an asian couple were buying the car 5 minutes before I arrived, I even offered to outbid them by 2 grand

Ok first off what a thread....I haven't been in the sho community as long as id like too have been about a year now. But I've always been obssesed with ford and will remain that way till I die most likely. But as far as the sho its a great car and always has been. Iv had a 95 and now have a 96 I love both of them. But it seems to me that they all seem to have Different purposes/qualitys as time changes ford changes what they focus on. Ie 60s were muscle cars 90s were trucks and suvs. But but I do agree that if it wernt for the long term older sho owners that there would be no new sho we all have them to thank regardless if you have a new one or not. And if I recall this is not the first time ford asked to have a select few sho owners to chat with. But anyways. I know that regardless of whose section is whose. If I have an answer to someone question i m going to post there to help them out. As that is the main reason the forum is here to help people that don't know how to find something or fix there sho when its not running right or at all....lol....even if I. Am out of a sho I would still be envolved in helping the rest of the sho community as we are all like family. Now that I've went on it seems like I forgot what I was origanly going to post. Does that happen often to anybody...lol

Geez, every time I see that video I can't help but see how tired I look...and yeah, the haircut thing. I had arrived in Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaston the morning before, slept for just a couple hours the night before, and then we were off to New York. While it may not look like it, I had a great time. Glad I was apart of this. How many hours did I sleep that night Kirk? 14? LOL.
