I knew I needed to replace my tires when I bought the car back in November but I didn't realize how badly they needed to be replaced until yesterday. I had some cheap Toyo Spectrum tires on it and they were dry rotted but still had lots of tread. I had a million other things to do to the car so I left them on. Well a belt separated on my way home from work last night so they got moved up the list real fast! I got a set of Yokohama YK520s and I couldn't be happier. I know they're not top of the line but this is a daily driver and I live in Michigan so I needed a good all season tire. These have a five star rating everywhere I looked and after only one day of driving on them I see why. They're quiet, they grip pretty good for an all season performance tire and they ride soooo smooth. We had lots of rain here today and they did great! Under normal to slightly aggressive driving I never spun the tires. I would highly recommend them to anyone who uses their SHO as a daily driver. I'm in love with my car all over again! They had a pretty good deal on them at Discount. Mounted, balanced, road hazard, lifetime balance and rotation for $450. Well worth it to me. :thumb:

Those are what I ended up putting on my wifes car last year. She loves them, and they are quiet on trips and stuff, even a year later. Oh and they acctually do pretty well in the snow!

Good to hear about the snow. I unfortunately have to use my SHO this winter as my DD and I wanted something that would be decent.
