I just recently changed the plug seals. Oil everywhere! Put everything back together, ran fine for about 10 miles or so then, another miss. I took everything back apart replaced plugs and wires. It ran this time for about 10 seconds. Tries to hit but won't. Good spark to all cylinders, seems to be getting fuel, replaced crank sensor and DIS about 30,000 ago. Please, HELP!!! 925Speed 130,000.

Double check the order of the plug wires on the coil pack. It should be as shown below.

Nope! Not it . The wires and coil pack are all good. I can't understand it. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, DC.

Verify the ground path to the DIS module. The ground strap should be mounted under the 15mm brass nut on the pass. side rear intake manifold bracket's upper mounting bolt. The two 12mm bolts that connect the intake crossover tube to the front and rear plenums should be at about 17 lb-ft. Double check the connections to the DIS module.

To start, the idle air control valve must be functional. Check the electrical connector to the IAC.
