If it was running fine before then you either have the plug wires wrong or you now have a bad vac leak from the intake disassembly. Double and triple check the plug routing. It is very easy to get wrong and you wouldn't be the first to double check and still have them wrong.

Engine order -
1 2 3
4 5 6

Coil order -
5 1
6 2
4 3

What plugs and wires did you use (did they need to be changed)? If you took the DIS Module off the intake, then did you put the proper heatsink compound between the DIS and intake? Did you paint anything? Grounding points need to be bare metal.

well, the wires were in order so i pulled the intake again and rebuilt it. as i was putting it back on I noticed a vacuum line under throttle body that I had not attached the first time. (it still had the tag on it where i labeled it and where it hooks to the manifold) so everything went back on and she fired right up. Thank god! and all you guys for the input.
Wires were autolites from autozone. and plugs were denso double platniums from rock auto. fit like a glove. still leaking oil though...from the cam seals I think.

How did the wires fit? I never had a chance to install the Autolites bit held them and they appeared to be very nice.

Autolites fit perfect. Have numbers on boots like OEM.chose denso plugs based on research on this forum and rock auto had matching part number foragood price.
