So since its been boring around here how has everyone been? Anyways who all is driving their SHO this winter? This year I will not, even though my sho usually only saw one month a year, thats to much for a rust free southern moonlight blue. So untill the registration and some new snow tires come in for the winter car the sho will sit in the garage here at school :salute:

My SHO is my Winter Driver

I keep the Alfas in the garage. Of course, I also drive the SHO during the summer. Have a set of Blizzak winter tires and it is a decent winter car. (Not as good as the Jeep mind you, but that's SHMBO's car.

I am driving my SHO, hopefully i can coat the entire underside of the car with salt so i can catch up on the 12 years of southern driving that my car enjoyed....

I had big winter meats up two winters ago and found it pretty hard to keep from spinning the tires. Even spinning on snow is bad for the diff pins correct? If true it definitely contributed to the death of mine, as i only did one small burn out in the life of the car, and some hard 1-2 and 2-3 shifts.

I have storage until the end of April. Although it's really weird to open the garage and not see it in there.

I just put snow tires on the MS6 and it rocks!

6-12 inches on Monday... not looking forward to the shoveling but looking forward to driving in it!

I have a 97 Sunfire I could drive, but eh, AWD is much more fun!

I had the SHO here( at Marquette) until thanksgiving break when i drove it home. I'm gonna be bringing it back at the beginning of next semester in January. Thankfully the weather hasn't been to bad when I've driven it.

Porsche moth balled, SHO brought back into active duty. Unfortunately, this is the weather in which the car was intended to be driven. Sometimes I want another one so I can keep one pretty and drive the other in bad weather...

I know what you mean. :( I hate how driving a car through multiple Wisconsin winters is practically a death sentence to keeping it in good condition. It's hard to spend any money on a good winter car when you know it's going to literally rot away (unless you have money coming out of your butt and you don't care if you shiny new BMW gets coated with salt and muck).
