I doubt there is any difference in wiper motors between SHO and non SHO taurus. I would check your local salvage yard first. A $15 dollar motor sounds cheap until you add in shipping and a chance it is the wrong one or it doesn't work at all and you have to ship it back.

On my 89 they are the same thing but make sure you get a remanufacutured one or a new one because i ended up spending the same amount of money on 3 junk yard motors and none of them worked right. my problem was the wipers not parking when turned off. I replaced everything even under the dash that controls those things and to this day its still not right so i just put a toggle switch on it and now they park

But yea as long as you get one for your year it should be fine. I know that somewhere between 92-94 they changed the plug style on the motors from what was used prior so make sure you get one for your year car or at least verify its the same.

Oh one more thing. If you buy one on ebay and theres no warranties implied or anything be very careful. 9 times out of 10 those are ones being sold that dont work right. Since people are so nice and honest at wrecking yards and such i now have 3 motors in my garage that dont work right. Id pay a little more and know its going to work.

On the topic of windshield wipers, my washer and delay options don't work. I tried installing a "new" stalk from the junkyard, and nothing changed. Is there a brain under the dash for the delay and washer?
