I'm having problems w/ my fr. pass. side window rolling up. It seems to want to come out of the track on the B pillar side. Are the tracks adjustable? shrug

Not sure if they are adjustable,(should be) but they certainly are corrode-able. Is the trim around the track swollen? I had about 4 inches of window track completely gone from corrosion on the 92.

There is a tack weld that secures a bracket to the track. The bracket slips into a receiver on the door frame. The tack weld has probably broken due to corrosion and/or impacts from many door closings. You can remove the track and bracket and have them rewelded if this is the case.

Upon further visual inspection, there seems to be no corrosion anywhere along the track and it seems to be very sturdy. I lubed the entire power window mechanism w/white lithium grease to no avail. Is this something I'm going to have to live with or is there another way? frown

My driver side front windows is doing that as well, very annoying, it's worse at higher speeds and not as bad with the sunroof open. It makes a loud thump sound if I lower it after it has gone off it's track. My trims are corroded, but mainly on the rear windows.

No type of lubricant will help, I agree it sounds like a tack weld is broken. I have had this happen to other cars pf mine. Local glass shop should be able to repair the window regulator weld for about $50. if you can't or don't want to remove it yourself to have it re-welded.
