I don't know about your state, but in MI you can get a prescription/note from you physician or optometrist stating you have light sensitivity which lets you get away with tinting your front windows...as long as they are not so dark it obstructs the drivers vision or ability to clearly see the road/obstacles. It might be worth looking into in your case. I have one in my glove box, but haven't had to use it yetThat's awesome. Quite expensive and I worry about long term reliability. But my state just added checking tint to the annual inspection. I haven't decided what I am doing with the SHO yet. I have had tint on every car I've owned since the mid 90s. The glare from other drivers headlights have bothered me more and more and the tint helps. I don't want to have to pull it off and retint every year though.
