Window Leaking???

I was on my way to work this morning, it had just rained. About 5min into the rid i get dripped on right above the switches on the driver side window. Can someone tell what to do? the seal looks to be in good shape. I did notice the stripping that is attached to the top of the door frame looks like it is loose is this normal? if not what can i do to fix it?

its likely the sunroof is leaking and not the door.

I think the door needs to be sucked in just a tad. I've had them leak at the door, so its not anything new.

Loosen the striker and move it in about 1/16"

My roof has rejected the rest of the car, and decided it wanted to leave..LOL

Does it matter if i go up or down with it? Also the seal on the body of the car is kinda loose, were they glued on? If so should I pull it off clean where is goes and reglue.

I went to the local store and used some stuff called "automotive goop". holds the seal in place, but its still possible to remove it one day without too much trouble.

All parts stores sell tubes of weatherstrip adhesive, like 3M, etc.. my other car had a slight leak too during heavy rains and just reglued it with sealer and never leaked a drop again.
