Where does this go???

This wire is just hanging out from my fuse box and I can't figure out where it goes...

Thats a rather large wire. Is there a connector on the end of it?

Yes there are two wires coming out of it and a conector on the end

I need a closer picture. It looks like it could be either a clutch interlock, brake, or e-brake harness.

Does the car start fine? Do you have to depress the clutch? Do the brake lights work? Does the ebrake light come on in the dash when applied?
