Where can you buy the Tokico inserts from?

Well i read the sticky up top about the Tokico struts. I got them model number and etc now I just need to get my hands on 2 front inserts. I was wondering where i can buy these from and for how much?

As far as I know they are not no more as well, I busted my front 2 last fall. And it sounds like I am getting a refund for them from Tokico. I will keep you up to date as I find out more.

Maybe if everyone contacted them in a relatively short period of time, requesting replacement/refund, they might revisit the issue due to the economics of a mass-refund.
