What wire runs the fan?

What wire runs the fan for cooling and what one is for ac? There is a br/o, DB and black. I assume black is ground. I am putting in a fan with only 2 wires and the car does not have ac anymore. My guess is BR/O and black?

Its a 2 speed fan. Black is likely ground and the other wires are low and high.

and the wire for high speed is significantly heavier gauge than the wire for low speed.

all seam to be same gauge. any one know which one is high and which one is low?
