Get another ecu...sounds like this one is loco. Did you ever get another front harness in there to replace those messed up wires?

No, I got one from a guy on here and he sent me the wrong one. It was from am MTX but I don't know why didn't match up. I sealed up those exposed wires though and the rest of the harness looks good.
You probably got an earlier harness with the starter solenoid on it. It is different than the one in your car now. Me thinks the ecu is fried though.
