What part is this?

From the vacuum line closest to the throttle body, down under the upper rad hose, some sort of sensor? My vacuum line is sucking shut so i think what ever this sensor is, might be clogged or something. any ideas? shrug

That's the vapor-recovery inlet from the charcoal canister in the fender. You probably just need to replace the hose between the TB and the CANP valve, although the CANP valve may not be opening. Have you noticed a strong odor of gasoline from under the hood lately?
