Hey DFW SHO people,
I think I'll be cruising to Texas Raceway in Kennedale Friday night to see what my MTX will do.
(they race until midnight.)
Tony/Adam/all: I'm scouting the Kennedale junkyards Saturday afternoon for any SHO remains if you guys want to join in the scavenger hunt.

Awesome, Mike! I might join you if you can call and gimme a time.
As for events, I think Brian Carman (Artesia) had something planned for the DFW group, but he hasn't gotten back with me yet. I'm going to call him tonight and see if the dyno is still on for Saturday. Even if it's not, he might want to meet for lunch and talk about upcoming events. Let me check with him and see what's up.

Hey guys, I'll probably won't be able to make it due to an operation I just went through. I'll be out of commission for 2 to 3 weeks. but thanks for the invite.

I'll be at Kennedale (Texas Raceway) Friday night for the King of the Hill Drag Races.
These are back halved cars with crazy horse power motors. They put on one helleva show.

Theres not enuf SHO love out there. Shoot, if i see a SHO on the road i make a point to pull up next to em and say hi, i wave at SHO's that drive by.. etc etc.. most people look at me like im a fruit. Am i just showin too much love or is there just not enuf lovers?

It's not just you, JC. Although I'm not as "fruity" when I see another SHO, I do try and make a point to check out the other guys SHO and, if possible, make eye contact with him (or maybe her). And although I've noticed more SHO's since purchasing my SHO last Christmas, they're still a rare site (especially Gen I's).
The fruitiness just happens to come with the car. thumbs_u

Thanks guys, i feel a little better now. Guess i just havent waived at the devoted SHO owners yet. I love these cars man. Im 19, and got 2 of them, all paid for by me.... not daddy. Ha, neither of them work right now though. frown
