I've had a studs snap for no reason what so every. Swapping lug nut one at a time and the last stud on the last wheel just twists off. Usually it's because someone cross threaded it but not always.

I ordered a replacement hub. Pretty cheap at just over $10. Noticed noise from the wheels, figured out it was the rear passenger and a lug nut had worked its way off. Was going to buy a new one and I went to take off a lug to size it and that one snapped. I don't trust any of them now.

I feel like Discount may have damaged them when installing. I don't feel like I took that wheel off since the blowout.

New hub installed. As an added bonus I found a partially backed-off bolt on the brake adapter, and the swaybar end-links need to be replaced!
