Just want to know if the SHO wheel (gen2) are made of aluminium only or a mix of magnesium and aluminium finish

i think this winter when my SHO is store to "chrome" my mags......i know it is possible to do it with fine sand paper and a product but it take very long.....the thing is if the mag are only aluminium it will be a better result then on the one that just have a "coat" of aluminium only (like on my old tempo)

by the way just a stupid question , i just finish purchasing everything for my upgrade brake, and want to know for the 11.6 front upgrade does i need to change the pads for a 96 because i have not change my caliper so wich one i got to use? 95 or 96?

You don't _have_ to change pads, but if you use pads from a 96 you'll be using a lot more of the rotor surface (they're physically much bigger pads). Helps the upgrade do it's thing a bit better.
