what color to paint emblems

i was just wandering what color you people think i should paint my decals. I have a 93 mtx , its green and has a black interior. i was thinking of either using silver or white. let me know what color you think i should use, or let me know if i should use something other than those colors...thanks in advance.

I would just use the body color of your car.

Are you talking about your Ford emblems or the SHO on your door panels and bumper cover? Emblems, I'd go green or black. Body fills I'd go silver. Of course that's just me. thumbs_u

yea i was refering to the sho on the doors and bumper. thanks for the info on it. i am gonna probably buy the fill ins for it (bidding on ebay first) i got a lot of stuff i want to do to my sho, just gotta find me another job befor i can do more to it.

The fillins are junk, i bought mine to see what it would look like without actualy making it permanent, get some touchupo paint in the color you want and go that way, the stickers will dissapear after the first powerwash/snow.

Definitely silver on the green (that's what I did on my 95 MTX...sorry no pic yet). I got my lettering through eBay as well. They look good. I've had them for a few months now. But if I had to do it again, I think I would go with the touch up paint. So once my lettering starts to fade, peel, etc., I'm gonna go with the paint.

i just got the silver fills off ebay last week, just haven't got around to putting them on....think i might reconsider it, and paint them instead.

Bah....put em on there. Mine are holding up awesome, of course I only hand wash mine and it get's parked in the winter. It looks much better having stripes instead of being a solid color.
