The file is specific for all my upgrades to include the turbos. I received 2 complimentary tunes one for buying the turbos and IC. AO and E30. I still need to buy a fuel line to instal the ethanol sensor.

Thanks for your help!
Yikes dude, your boost control is all over the place.

You need send this to matt but I bet you will get the "check for pipes touching, knock wires chaffing and add 2 gallons of e85.
put it in 5 or 6th gear in sport at low rpm plant the peddle and let the KR go to -4 or better this will bring up your OAR. you can set this on your livewire to display KR and OAR.
In my experience with his shifting you need to stay out of 1/4 to 1/3 throttle without having a load on it (more aggressive with the peddle) it seems the enrichment with low load at this point bring the KR+ in and then drops the OAR fast.
remember your tuner is the FIRST place to send logs and questions! and he is good for replying.
you WG was a roller coaster ride but with the bigger turbos and lower boost I wouldn't expect anything less.

So no other tuner out side of Gh?
No, but that's about to change based on zero response from two emails sent to them. I'm disappointed, especially based on all the good reviews I've read on here. I'm assuming I can use the SCT LivewireTS to load other vendor's tunes.

I sent all the logs to Matt and GH ales emails LAST NIGHT and another email asking if they figured out what was going on. Sounds like I need to swap out the XDI35 and 3bar back to stock and reload my stock tune and look at getting a tune from Brad.

Looking at your logs, I'm not sure you'll get much better with another tuner until you get the fuel issue taken care of. The tune is doing exactly what it's supposed to do based on the fuel quality, you should notice a vast improvement in both spark and boost as you improve fueling.

I'm not following you with the fuel issue? Are you saying you think I bought bunk fuel at Shell using the V-Power? I've been running it since I bought it 3 months ago and never felt like I've had an issue.

Or are you saying that I have a fuel delivery problem? It has a new XDI-35

Your Octane Adjustment Ratio (OAR) is +0.36 which is effectively water as far as tuning is concerned. The tune is putting the car into the most basic spark and boost tables. You're also getting some mid range knock, which hints at a fuel quality issue, thought it could be false.

I would recommend adding 2 gallons of E85 to raise it quickly, or follow the calibration procedure mentioned in post #23. It may take a few drive cycles but you'll see noticeable improvement once it's fixed.

Well, not sure if you gave Matt enough time to respond. I dont have a GH tune so not sure what his average response time is but if you're looking for quick response, Brad's not your guy. I won't tune with anybody else but him, but he can take some time to get a response from occasionally.

But you only gave Matt 1 day? He's a busy guy im sure and I'd like to say he may not have gotten to it just yet. There's alot going on in the car mod world and things are moving slowly across the board these days.

I've had nothing but positive interactions with Matt when I have spoken to him. He's highly recommended...I'd give him a bit more time than just one day.

I probably should have called them today, if my email was one of a couple hundred. I would think that he has someone filtering the emails and prioritizing them. I did a stock datalog but the config file for the SCT Livewire doesn't have KR. Is there a way to add it? I was able to boost to 12psi and it felt a lot stronger on the top end.

Does anyone have a good datalog config for a stock tune? I'd like to see if I'm getting any KR because if I'm not that eliminates bad gas.

Thanks for everyone's help

Well I need to eat crow, he replied about two hours ago and my damn email wasn't updating for some reason. He said bad gas also. I just thought Shell V-power wouldn't ever be ****** gas. I sent him my stock data log.

I guess I will be draining my 3/4 tank of gas and putting it in my van that won't know the difference. What a PITA

The brand of gas has nothing to do with it. If you knew what it takes to get gasoline from the refinery to your local gas station you would understand. Not to mention some shady distributors who add water to their delivery's. Pump in a few gallons of E85, like was already suggested, and the problem will start correcting itself.

So wait, this roller-coaster boost control is “normal” to all of you? o_O His TIP desired and WGDC are all over the map, and spark advance, AFR, etc. are all in turmoil because of it. My GH experience was that the tune invariably had hard KR under transient conditions, such as the wild boost swings that occurred after every shift. Well, all of these pulls are basically one long transient event.

Same car, same mods, stock calibration. Same load targets too, I believe. No problem controlling the modified turbos. Hmmmm....

Emailing me is the best correspondence and if you email me on a Sunday and Monday, I only usually reply in the evening Monday when I work on this stuff. Until we figure out why it is so unhappy with the fuel or whatever else is causing the low OAR and KR at wot, it isn't worth troubleshooting anything else that needs tweaking. StripSHO has some bug up his butt with me and tries to show everyone what a better tuner he is in all the forums to make himself feel better about the life choices he has made I guess. StripSHO has done nothing to further the platform, and only tries to find problems with what everyone else is doing.

Hahaha, it is a win if Brad gets back to me within a couple of days! Still he is the man in my humble opinion.

the datalog config file would remain the same, stock or tuned. The information is still gathered in the same format.

My apologies for not being more patient (I probably should have called mid-day to let someone at GH know of my issue), I originally got on here to try and figure out what to look for as far as boost leak and to sort out what could have been wrong with my reassembly of the car after the install of numerous perf parts and the solid trans mounts. I had the mounts in and out and no change. Before getting on here I did the usual: look for loose boost pipe connections, any exhaust connections or hitting on something, all electrical and vacuum connections, wastegate vacuum connections (they usually result in over boosting with a single turbo, but with twins I thought that maybe one was over boosting and the other was compensating), I didn't think of bad gas because when I loaded the tune Thursday night it ran like a ***** ape and boosted to 18-20(20 for just a second on initial boost) and I had under a 1/4 tank then filled up on Saturday so two different batches of gas over a week between fillups but the same station.

I put the stock HPFP, Map, and tune back in the car late last night and did the data log with the canned SCT config. Can I use the config file that you sent me for the next data log? I'm using it right now so I can now see the boost and KR big dial gauges.

Another question is can I do multiple data logs with the SCT before taking it to my PC to upload them or just one at a time like I was doing? In the directions I thought I read just the last log would be available.

It records over each time you stop.
