so i thought my problem was my front motor mount, which was a little bit of it, but when i am at full throttle my car acts like it is missing until i back out of it and then it accelerates fine. any ideas? the motor has about 65 to 70K miles on it. so could it be time for a tune-up?

try a new throttle sensor. It may not be reading correctly, meaning the computer doesn't put enough fuel in it, and it knocks, so the computer retards timing which makes it run like crap. Just a thought...

throttle sensor you can get for about $23 at autozone, you can replace it in 5 minutes, just make sure you take in the old one in or at least the number off of it , it turns out my 93 ATX SHO's original sensor was from a 92 SHO MTX and it did not function at all.

First, check your codes
Second, clean your MAF with MAF only cleaner.
Third, you can test your TPS with a volt meter.
