sounds like its in the torque converter, maybe a blockage it has to build pressure to get past, if you have a known shutter problem it could just be that it has progressed toward failure. If you have forscan you can watch the TC pressures live, I did to try and diag my intermittent shutter, my results were pretty stable and they would jump from 0 to around 30psi when leaving a light. when was the last time you serviced the trans? people swear by the shutter stop stuff, might be a good cheaper way to see if its gone by just doing a fluid drain and fill and add in some shutter stop, see if she comes back to life.

those cat/02 sensor codes are needing looked at. possibly need new sensors if maintenance is uptodate. you may also have an issue with frayed knock sensor wiring.

Not my post but relevant, would a failing turbo (smoke out the tail pipe) foul an o2 sensor to the mount of sporadic failure? Just noticed a faint smoke rolling out of my tailpipes today

fouling is more more likely a
1) pcv problem
2) cac problem
3) piping between airbox and intake manifold
4) maybe a faulty catch can setup but i am just brainstorming here

you could have an oil feed line leak or a breakdown of the turbo's internal structure/bearings

2011 Taurus Workshop Manual
Principles of Operation

The turbocharger is an exhaust-driven centrifugal air compressor. Its purpose is to increase power output by supplying compressed air to the engine. The internal components are oil, coolant and air cooled. Engine oil and coolant are circulated through the center housing which acts as a heat barrier between the "hot" turbine and the "cold" compressor. Bearings are sleeve type and lubricated by engine oil. Oil is circulated to the turbocharger center housing and returned to the sump through an oil drain in the center housing.

Expanding exhaust gases drive the turbine shaft assembly to speeds up to 200,000 rpm. Filtered air entering the compressor side of the turbocharger is compressed and delivered through a Charge Air Cooler (CAC). The very hot compressed air is cooled, then continues on to fill the intake manifold at a higher pressure than atmospheric pressure. Because considerably more air is forced into the intake manifold, the results are increased power, fuel efficiency and the ability to maintain power at higher altitudes.
