Weird Knock Shifting Gears

Hi guys,

I have this problem and I hope someone will hep. When I shift gears there seems to be a small thud or clank that comes with it. It is also an intermittent whereas it doesn't happen all the time. I'm hoping something will break so I know what it is and I can make the repair.

Look for motor & trans mounts.

And rear subframe bushings or Bolts Loosed or ripped.
