I thought this might be a question about recommendations for Weather Tech mats but sounds like you got them already. Good choice I got the W/T floor mas but the trunk liner I went OEM. Might I also recommend the "In Channel" Vent Visors also from W/T. Easy to install, and at $100 for the set of four fairly reasonably priced. and extremely durable.

Hello 2011TAURUSSEL,
Are these the right vent visors?

Pintony....NO These are the AVS ones that I had problems with and returned twice...They didn't get a third chance. Order them directly from the WeatherTech website. They are the correct concept of In Channel but go with the WeatherTech ones. If installed correctly they will look like they literally were installed at the factory. This allows you to vent on cool days, if your a smoker.....Forget that.....I don't condone smoking at all much less in the Bull... You want to smoke in a car buy a Chevy!!! It allows you to keep the windows down on a rainy day lets say not quite hot enough for Air Conditioning but want to get a good cross breeze. Order the Smoke it will sport out the look especially on darker colors. The AVS in channel concept is correct but the Weather Tech models are cut just a bit thinner to allow better fitment into the channel. Also they are molded to rest on the outside door frame near the mirrors to help keep in place. Pay the extra and get quality visors. Follow directions and allow to set in the channel for approximately 24 -48 hours to set and DO NOT TOUCH WINDOWS...no drive thru, no toll booth nothing. When set it might catch the first few times raising the window but this should dissipate as the visor gets set in the channel. During initial setting, raise window VERY CAREFULLY AND SLOWLY....Raise window with one hand and pull the visor outward with the other hand. The biggest catch will be the front, when the channel sets there slowly raise the window and repeat the step for the upper top rear channel enough to catch. The windows should have a bounce bask safety feature if it gets caught on the visor lip it will lower figuring it could be someone's arm, finger or other body appendage.

Fly Low: I went with the OEM MoonRoof visor, easy to install Center around the forward edge of the moon roof. There are four "J-Hook" type brackets. Grab one hook at the forward left corner right about where the front of the moon roof frame curves. The kit provides a laminated piece of clear tape to put between the J-hook and the frame to prevent scratching. There should be two J hooks at the corners of the moon roof frame and two identically spaced locations along the front of the moonroof frame. OPEN MOONROOF FIRST. J hook, washer nylon bolt and fastening screw. BE CAREFUL the washers are small and easy to lose...run the nylon fastening bolt through the top with the bolt head on the outside. Loosely fasten the nut to the bolt and fasten all four J hooks until snug. Fasten as necessary to secure tight.

NOTE: The Ford OEM moon roof visor is based on size of moon roof not vehicle specific. The box maybe labeled 2010-2012 Fusion but it still works for Taurus.

Looks like a really nice fit! Are the Weather Tech mats better than the OEM ones?

Personally I like the husky mats better for the Taurus. The cover a little more of the sides than the weather techs. The weather techs are nice and held up fine when I had my Navigator.

I agree totally. Had the Huskies in my 2010 and my father has Weather Techs in his and the Huskies protect more and are easier to wash. But, nonetheless, they are both great options and to each his own.
