Honestly, one topic is enough. Three threads on the same subject is rather annoying.

You received good advice from the first response on the initial post. If your belt is not too tight, it may just be a characteristic of that pump (if you're sure the WP is what is making the noise). I do not think your WP shaft is going to snap off with the pulley. Just keep an eye on your water temperature. Also, if you lose power steering, turn of the car since the WP belt also runs the PS pump.

i checked the ps by turning the wheels and no change in noise i know its the waterpump cause everything sounded normal before and i dont think a waterpump is supposed to sound like this i can hear it plain as day sitting in the car with the hood closed and the windows and all doors closed it is really loud i went inside my house and even heard it in there nothing else was touched or changed in the belt drive system but the waterpump and it never sat just replaced it about 4 hours ago is when i started

Also i stuck my head near the belt area went back to front and the noise is the loudest when i'm right over the waterpump

Did you have the tensioner off? I've see people install the beveled washer backwards which causes it to lock up the pulley.

Honestly, I'd say drive it around locally and watch your water temperature and listen for anything odd.

Back in Michigan ... again.
Did you get a reman unit? You may just have a bad replacement. I had something very similar happen with a reman alternator; a mere 30 miles after the install the thing started whining like crazy.

Did you remove the timing belt when you did the pump? I've heard cars whine pretty good when the timing belt had been tensioned improperly.
