i did a search, got 190 results, and its 12:38 right now so im in no mood to read, sorry guys.

well my question is how to get the cable out, ive tried everything with squeezing those 2 pins together and pulling up. am i missing something?, or is it just being a bitch? any tips on how to get the little bastard out would be great.

Talking about the C clip on the speedo cable? Yep it's a pain to remove. Pull the clip out then lift the cable up. I ended up breaking the housing the clip sits in. Had to put a hose clamp around it to hold in place.

On mine I can just tug real hard and quick and the speedometer cable will pull out of the connector and the clip will stay in place. Then you just shove the cable back down past the clip.
