Since I am currently going through sensor heck, I thought I would ask about the VSS.

I got the impression from my reading that the engine would not idle until the vehicle was stopped. So if I popped the tranny into neutral at 2000 rpm, the engine would not drop to 800 rpm until the car was stopped.

In mine, if I put it in neutral at 2000 rpm while moving the tach drops to about 1100 rpm until I stop, then it drops to about 900 rpm.

Normal?

VSS problems are hard shifting (ATX only), VAPS not working properly, and i think there is something else i cant remember right now.
