Vehicle Health Report

So I know this has been discontinued from Ford, but my car keeps asking me to run it. The problem, of course, is that the number it attempts to call has been disconnected. How does one turn this annoyance off?

What year is your SHO? My 2013 has that option too and it hasn't asked me for one. I'm pretty sure it's in the settings menu somewhere, depending on the year. It's the cog looking thing on mine. If not there you may have to go to the website, think it's my ford or something.

I turned mine off on my 15’ by the settings. Just turn off the mileage reminder, i think thats the only thing that can be disabled on it
