Note that the invoice says SHO, Explorer and Flex. The suction hose is different for all three. The Explorer hose has a vertical fitting. The SHO and Flex have a horizontal fitting.

I have no idea. I was just pointing out the difference of the hoses. Apparently UPR did the install on an Explorer and didn't realize there was a difference between the 3 vehicles. For all I know it may fit a Flex just fine.

I did on mine - we filmed it - well I wasnt there for that. @Luhsleeper88 PM me your info - I will call and see if I can get Steve to see what he can do. Name - order number.

So I just spoke to Steve Bussius at UPR Products. He wants to have @Luhsleeper88 email the photos and will fix the issue of the height difference and mounting placement on the 15-19 models versus 10-14 like mine.

So Steve asked me for a shout to anyone here in the surrounding area of Palm Beach County FL, he is looking for a 15'-19' to take measurements and make sure the kit they are selling fits properly. You dont have to contact me directly, here is his contact info.
