UPR catch can random bolt

I received my UPR dual valve catch can and I have this random bolt and spacer that came with the kit, and I dont see it mentioned on any of the install instructions and don't have any idea what it is for. I looked at other people's install pictures and don't see them using this bolt. Any ideas what this could be for?

I used the spacer on top of the mounting hole to get more clearance. The thread is the same as the factory screw that it replaced.

It's supposed to help with clearancing if you opt for the drain kit
