Hey everyone, it's me again. I wanted to give some updates on how my car is going.

The I.A.C delete is great, but i just found out in really cold weather I need to apply a slight amount of throttle like the old carb v8's :).

I went to the junkyard and pulled me a disc changer and the optional 6x9 sub :) and I really like it too.

And Im beginning to chrome out my valve covers just by polishing the aluminum.

I used my grinder to cut off the corners where the M.A.F mounted to the air box and now have a inline m.a.F. that is also hallowed out for the most part.

New coil packs on the rear. 8 new plugs. And I got these for 35$ at the junk yard.......... I found a sho that suffered a cam failure and whoever had it was milked for parts at some run down mechanic shop :(

Looking nice. I need to take mine all apart, and clean it. Love the heat foil covering everything. Looks super clean.

What you did in your fuses box ? A sarc switch ?

By the way, the one you found in a scrapyrad, which year it was ? If 1996, do you have his VIN ?

just a note for others who are considering doing the iac delete - if you are in an area where you have emissions tests, doing that may cause you to fail emissions. one of the jobs that the iac has is to prevent the throttle from snapping shut quickly. when the throttle snaps shut quickly, the amount of air going to the engine drops off very quickly - much more quickly than the fuel delivery responds - and this causes the system to go very rich for a second or so, and that makes unburned hydrocarbons to spike. if you eliminate the iac and have to do the dyno roller emissions test, you may not pass.

The fuse box wires is yes a SARC switch :), and I really like it too :).

The sho in the scrap yard is a 1996 and im going today to check for a few things and I'll get the Vin numbers for both of the SHOs there.

Center console mods...... I didn't like mine. The cup holders spilt everything and I filled the console up with junk lol.. so I shortened my console and I'm uploading pics of it too. Crazy how much that thing weighed...

I simply installed a 98-99 piece to compensate for the broken cupholders.

Ha, ha, me too (put a 98 one) ! The Star wars cup holder didn't hold nothing ! It's just flashy... I did the same with the roof center light because we have 3 lights rather than 1.
