ok, this is an update on my earlyer post,to recap. .i did a 60k on my car, put it back together, it ran great all the way home, but was leaking oil. .took it back apart. fixed leak, but now car won't start..... I've tried;
1)checked all connections they were fine
2)checked plugs (they were fine)
3)checked compression (even all the way)
4)fuel pressure all the way to the rail
5)fuel injectors not fireing (all six)
6)checked/cleaned connectors for fuel injectors on firewall. (didn't help)
checked wires from and to injectors (12v on positive/ less on negative)
...
I think i may have to take this one to the shop (damn it!!!) anyone got any ideas or does this damn thing have a gremlin in it.... shoot :mad: <IMG width="200" src="http://members.aol.com/ncturbosho/sho1.jpg">

Where was the leak that you fixed by taking it apart the 2nd time?

Are you sure you've got all the wires hooked back up? Intake ground/Dis/CPS?

rear valve cover.
yeah, checked all those. if something is loose, it has to be the ground for the fuel injectors, but i can't find any wires that aren't connected

You say the rear valve cover was leaking. Just double check that the ground wire going to the bracket is torqued to specs. and that the crossover tube is bolted down nice and tight.

ok, i re-checked everything and it all looked good. checked the connectors on that metal bracket, took them apart and cleaned them and put them back together. nothing helped so i guess i'm goind to have to admit defeat and tow this thing into a shop :( ... oh well, on the bright side i'm buying SHO number 2 very soon. it's an 89 mtw just like mine with some minor leaks and sutch so now i'll have one to drive and one to work on. i just hope this shop doesn't try to screw me on this repair..
