So I bought a second intake for $30. Luckily came with DIS, throttle body and all.
However, I spent the weekend taking parts apart and cleaning it. I removed the secondary flaps and mangled a couple screws pretty bad. I took one to Home Depot to see if I could find others or if I would have to reuse them.
No luck finding new ones.
So today, I went to wash some towels and jeans, (not realizing the small screw was still in my pocket) and threw em in the washer. After the washer ran for 5 minutes I realized what I had done, but it had already disappeared at that point.

Can anyone point me to where I may find some new ones?

Those screws suck...

x2. Looks like I can order them from McMaster. Just good to know the size is M3x.50x5mm.
I will probably get a hex head, that way it should be a little easier to get out next time.

Is it best to use steel vs. stainless?
Also, I shouldn't need locktite should I? Just use that for the main throttle body screws, not the secondaries.

I just bought a bunch of stainless button heads from Fastenall. 100 screws for $14.00:)

I ALWAYS use loc tite on the butterfly screws. You don't want one of those to get sucked into the engine.

IIRC, those are M3x.5x10mm. I know they're M3, and I have posted the correct dimensions on here previously as I've gone through this same issue.

And a quick search reveals this... yep, M3x.5. An Ace Hardware store should have them.
