Need a replacement crankshaft bolt washer

Hey guys, swapped out my CPS and noticed that my crank bolt washers were bowed in. I was previously using two grade 8 washers, I'm not sure what happened to the original. I hit up my local random-fastener shop for an extra-thick fender washer, but they didn't have one quite big enough.
Does anyone have a part number for a crank bolt/washer combo that I can get from napa, advance auto, o'reillies or autozone? ****, we even have a Graingers in town.
At this point I've spent a good 45 minutes trying to source something online.

Based on my measurements, I'm looking for a extra-thick fender washer of the following specifications:

I.D. - 9/16" (0.5625") or 14 mm
O.D. - at least 1.75" to cover damper, but I'm open to suggestion
thickness - approximately 1/8" (0.125")

Preferably grade 8, but I'll settle for 316 stainless.

There isn't a washer on the crank bolt. It's one big hardened f1ange bolt. Get a correct one from SHOSource.

There is one more to be found, in a box in my garage in Colorado. Got out of the SHO game in 2017 but still have boxes of parts. WHY? smh
